Light Rail RoboBar for Stabilizing Larger Oversized LED Grow Lights

With the 34″x30″ (86cmx75cm) RoboBar’s structural support providing smooth, secure movement, larger LED grow lights moved on a Light Rail can cover 50% more linear area per grow light. Set up is easy with one Light Rail 3.5 Kit or one Light Rail 4.0 Kit, each matched with one RoboBar.

The 34″ x 30″ (86cm x 75 cm) RoboBar (patent pending) consists of two outriggers, one center bar, two heavy duty T-bar connectors, and four corner eye screws for hanging any grow light. Special security features include two individually secured connectors to the Motor. And, that’s with using Nyloc Nuts for extra strength at those connection points. To eliminate any swinging to the large, flat plane of an LED, there is also the special design feature of triangulated, acute angled hanging points. This provides sway-proofing as the LED moves along the Rail. And, it positions the LED grow light closer to the Motor, which is a vertical space saving feature. For an overview of hanging, use the four hanging points of your LED grow light to directly match with the four hanging points of the RoboBar. So, an angled, triangulated connection is likely. Note: If your LED grow light came with just two adjustable rope ratchets or cables for hanging, then purchase two more (hydro store, hardware store, grow light company) so that there is a rope ratchet or cable for each corner. If your LED grow light came with any other instruments for hanging such as metal wire harps to create two centered hanging points only, you will not use those. Four hanging points are what is needed to use the RoboBar and four hanging points will also give the extra stability needed for the flat plane of any large, moving LED grow light.

Note: Up to three grow lights can move inline using Add A Lamp Kits which now come with an option to accommodate the larger light coverage of these LEDs. In this instance, you simply link the RoboBars together with the provided Add A Lamp Extender Rods and Hardware. For space planning, each 6’6″ (2m) Rail will be gapped by 1-3′ to account for that extra light coverage. Gap areas will get plenty of light from both sides from the moving grow lights. Also for setup planning, half the grow light will go beyond the stopper setting, and that happens at both ends of travel. How this works as a suggested travel setting: The adjustable Switch Stop stopper to Switch Stop stopper setting might be 3′ to 4′ for stopper placement to light up to a 7′ to 8′ space, depending on grow light dimensions.
