I-Repair: This is a refurbish service for LightRail 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 Drive Motors that are not working to expected standards. And, the refurbish service to your Motor includes a new gearbox. It also includes four new trolley wheels, a new drive wheel, a new 1 year warranty on those parts and return shipping.

I-Repair Instructions

Step 1: Add I-Repair item to your cart for a base fee of $95.

Step 2: Then, send your LightRail 3.0, 3.5 or 4.0 Motor assembly (no Rails, please) to:

***Make to sure to wrap each Motor assembly carefully to avoid damage in transit, and save your receipt for tracking information should your package get delayed.***

Note: Also, remember to include your Purchase # from your order plus contact information to make sure your unit is processed correctly.

Step 3: After our technicians receive your LightRail Drive Motor, it will be thoroughly inspected. And in some cases, there are additional issues that require extra charges. So, if this is the case with your Drive Motor, we will contact you for your approval before we proceed with additional repairs. But, in most cases your Motor will simply be refurbished with a new gearbox, plus drive and trolley wheels. And then, it will be track tested and returned to you.
