Gualala Robotics Inc. refurbish service for older Light Rail 3.5 drive motors that are not working to expected standards. Refurbish service comes with paid shipping back to you and a new 1 year warranty.

Step 3: After our technicians receive your Light Rail 3.5 drive motor it will be thoroughly inspected. In some cases there are additional issues that require extra charges. If this is the case with your Light Rail 3.5 drive motor, we will contact you for your approval before we proceed with additional repairs. In most cases though, your Light Rail 3.5 drive motor will be refurbished with new gearbox, drive and trolley wheels, tested and returned to you.

1/4 Hex Nut used in various applications for LightRail 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 5.0. This very common ¼ inch nut (aka ¼ x 20) can also be found at your local hardware store.

Exclusive to LightRail 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 this one meter extender rail can be used to extend your 2 meter rail another 1 meter. Best used with 10 rpm motors or if your limited on space it can be used as your main 1 meter rail.

Light Rail 5.0 #10 x 1 inch Wood Screws. As used Step 2 of  the LR5 instructions for mounting the rail hanging brackets to wood, these screws can also be found at your local hardware store.

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, these 1/4 inch by 1 and 1/2 inch cap screws are used for fastening the LR5 cross arms to the LR5 crossbar splint when assembling the LR5 crossbar. These very common screws can also be found at your local hardware store

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, this switch stop eye screw is used in conjunction with LR5 slide nuts to install the switch stop eye screws to the LR5 rail at your desired lamp travel switching points.

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, these wing nuts are used to attach the LR5 Crossbar assembly to the bottom of the LR5 Drive Motor.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0, these are used on the LR3 rail at your desired lamp travel switching points. They are packaged in sets of 6 each slide nuts and thumb screws.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0, RoboStik is used for hanging a horizontal reflector from a LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5 or 4.0 perpendicular to the direction of travel. This item is not needed when hanging a horizontal refelctor parallel to the direction of travel.

Tent hangers are used for hanging your LightRail 3.0 , 3.5 or 4.0 in a tent. These are sold in boxes of 4.
