Exclusive to LightRail 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0, this Drive Wheel Replacement Kit includes a new drive wheel w/O-ring, tension spring, a new grade 5 carriage screw, coupler nut and instructions for reassembly. Kit works on all LightRail 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0’s

1/4 Hex Nut used in various applications for LightRail 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 5.0. This very common ¼ inch nut (aka ¼ x 20) can also be found at your local hardware store.

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, these 1/4 inch by 1 and 1/2 inch cap screws are used for fastening the LR5 cross arms to the LR5 crossbar splint when assembling the LR5 crossbar. These very common screws can also be found at your local hardware store

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, this is the hardware pack included with a Light Rail 5.0 Kit. It contains all 10 items and fasteners in the quantities originally supplied with one LightRail 5.0

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, this coupler is used in conjunction with LR5 slide nuts and LR5 slide nut screws for joining sections of the LightRail 5 rails together.

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, this rail hanging bracket is used in conjunction with LR5 slide nuts and LR5 slide nut screws for mounting the LR5 rail to a board.

Exclusive to LightRail 5, these are the slide nuts used in the LightRail 5’s Rail channel for attaching the rail coupler, the rail hangers and for securing the switch stop eye screw.

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, this switch stop eye screw is used in conjunction with LR5 slide nuts to install the switch stop eye screws to the LR5 rail at your desired lamp travel switching points.

Exclusive to LightRail 5.0, these wing nuts are used to attach the LR5 Crossbar assembly to the bottom of the LR5 Drive Motor.

Light Rail 5.0 #10 x 1 inch Wood Screws. As used Step 2 of  the LR5 instructions for mounting the rail hanging brackets to wood, these screws can also be found at your local hardware store.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 5.0, these #10 x 3/8" machine screws are used for fastening the LR5 rail hanging brackets and LR5 rail coupler to the LR5 slide nuts on the LR5 rail.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 5.0, these 1/4 " x 2 1/2" open eye srews are used to hang your lights from the LR5 crossbar.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0, the LR3 Auxiliary Trolley is used in the Add-A-Lamp Kit. They can also be used to festoon your lamps power cords and cooling ducts.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0, RoboStik is used for hanging a horizontal reflector from a LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5 or 4.0 perpendicular to the direction of travel. This item is not needed when hanging a horizontal refelctor parallel to the direction of travel.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0, these are used on the LR3 rail at your desired lamp travel switching points. They are packaged in sets of 6 each slide nuts and thumb screws.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 5.0, an additional crossbar kit to compliment your existing LightRail™ 5. The LightRail™ 5 Add-A-Bar kit contains one adjustable crossbar, one LightRail™ 5 Auxiliary Trolley, one push-pull rod, mounting hardware and instructions.

Exclusive to LightRail™ 5.0, an additional four foot section of LightRail™ 5 rail needed when expanding to a 3 crossbar system. LR5 Auxiliary rail contains 4 foot section of LightRail5 rail, mounting hardware and instructions.

Exclusive to the LightRail 5.o. The Auxiliary Trolley is used in the Add-A-Bar Kit. It is used to hang additional cross bars or reflectors. It can also be used to festoon your power cords or cooling ducts.

Tent hangers are used for hanging your LightRail 3.0 , 3.5 or 4.0 in a tent. These are sold in boxes of 4.
